Throughout the day our new colleagues learned about Ahold Delhaize’s strategy by having a chat with our CHRO Natalia Wallenberg, our companies structure through the enthusiastic lecture by Casper Assinck and about the sustainability goals and initiatives by our H&S experts Janneke Kok and Imke van Gasselt. Moreover, the day was interactive and fun by stimulating our new colleagues competitive mindset through a scavenger hunt in the office, a tour through our mini AH store hosted by Laura van Veen and getting to know each other by a ‘cross the line’ exercise inspired by our four BRG’s. After the onboarding day great feedback was gathered and therefore the second edition is already planned and will be organized on the 8th of March.
