This is what you will be doing 

You are an enthusiastic and strong manager with a clear vision of the future in the field of acquiring permanent talent. In this new role, you will supervise, coach and develop an ambitious team of Talent Acquisition Partners, who are responsible for the inflow of permanent talents. Besides recruiting best talent, as Manager Talent Acquisition- Permanent Professionals, you will be actively involved in the transformation and optimization of talent acquisition processes and you are responsible for shaping and implementing our total workforce strategy. You know how to successfully involve stakeholders and team members in your plans. And through your open attitude and organizational sensitivity, you know what it takes to bring our Career Center to the next level. 

In addition, as our Manager Talent Acquisition you make an impact at Ahold Delhaize by: 

  • establishing and monitoring hiring standards and practices.  

  • managing and improving our applicant tracking system 

  • building candidate relationship management.  

  • supervising administrative activities relating to the recruitment and onboarding process.  

  • coordinating the use of network and vacancy channels for permanent positions.  

  • coordinating future personnel needs with the HR business partner based on type of hire.  

  • coordinating with other Team leads within the Career Center to align and service the business.  

  • advising on and, if needed, aligning with our contract suppliers. 

  • being the contact person for our mobility partners and by having oversight of our redundant associates who are open for new roles within Ahold Delhaize.  

  • acting in line with (social) legislation and regulations.

Requirements

At Ahold Delhaize you work for one of the largest retailers in the world. To keep up with us you are bursting with ambition. And specifically for this vacancy of Manager Talent Acquisition Permanent you are the proactive type who can lead the team and recruit best talent. You complete this with: 

  • at least 7 years of experience in the area of recruitment.  

  • experience with supervising and coaching a team in a corporate and dynamic work environment. 

  • excellent communication skills in Dutch and English (verbal and writing).  

  • an eye for delivering quality.
