Working as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Ahold Delhaize means you’re one of the driving forces behind the people in our organization. As the title implies – you will act as a trustworthy business partner for hiring managers and HR business partners alike in attracting and hiring the right temporary talent across the corporate functions at the Ahold Delhaize head office and our brands; Albert Heijn, Gall & Gall and Etos.

Dive wholeheartedly into these key responsibilities.
- Ensure optimal and sustainable external staffing
- Develop a clear flex strategy for specific target groups
- Negotiate rates and contracts with suppliers and freelancers
- Coordinate the administrative handling and onboarding of external employees
- Provide ongoing training to hiring managers on policies and laws, and regulations
- Collaborate with HR, Legal & Corporate Security to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with your talent pool and with suppliers
As Talent Acquisition Partner Flex, you support and develop a clear flex-staffing strategy. You have profound knowledge of the secondment/supplier market and know how to utilize it to fill requisitions quickly and with the best candidates. You are a sparring partner for hiring managers, suppliers and interim candidates and are therefore well aware of trends and developments within recruitment and flex-staffing. When working with managers, you know how to ask the right questions to get a clear picture of specific business and employment needs. In doing so you ensure optimal and sustainable external staffing by tapping into the right suppliers and the self-employed market.
Talent Acquisition is organized in the Ahold Delhaize Career Center (25 fte). The Career Center is split into 3 teams: Young Professionals, Tech and Corporate Functions. You’ll become part of the Corporate Functions team, existing of 8fte (both permanent and flex recruitment). The recruitment teams are supported by an Employer Branding- and HR support team.

- A gross annual salary of € 55-65k, if you work full-time

We welcome caring colleagues who
- Combine a bachelor’s degree over three years of relevant work experience in Corporate Recruitment
- Bring solid (recruitment) process management qualities to the table – as you will be guiding senior stakeholders in a complex organization
- Dabble in the expertise of talent attraction, direct sourcing and recruitment marketing
- Are knowledgeable in the use of ATS systems and sourcing tools
- Communicate fluently in Dutch and English
