Manager Talent Acquisition 

We are currently hiring a Manager Talent Acquisition Corporate Functions & Commerce for the Career Center to lead a talent acquisition team (10 people) and help the organization hire top talent in a timely, efficient & cost-effective manner while promoting diverse & inclusive hiring practices.

As Manager Talent Acquisition Corporate Functions & Commerce, you will lead our team of Talent Acquisition Partners for all Non-Tech departments across brands. You will establish a best-in-class talent attraction strategy, identifying and implementing talent acquisition processes and systems, and creating the best candidate experience.  You will help the organization assess and select talent to meet the business needs by consulting senior business and HRBP’s on talent requirements for today and tomorrow. You create, teach, and foster diversity and inclusion best practices in all aspects of selection, assessment, and hiring.

Dive wholeheartedly into these key responsibilities        

  • Creating and implementing the Talent Acquisition strategy and driving the Talent Acquisition agenda for Non-Tech departments across brands
  • Lead, coach and develop a team of 10 Talent Acquisition Partners  
  • Create dashboards and have insights in talent pipelines
  • Optimizing and standardizing recruitment processes across labels and divisions
  • Managing and reporting on recruitment targets and KPIs and proactively providing up-to-date management information


As Manager Talent Acquisition, you will coach, mentor, and develop individuals on the team to provide a high level of support in their growth. In this role you will also be expected to recruit for senior level roles or high priority roles as needed. You will refine and lead a process that includes full-life cycle re-cruiting, sourcing, and analytics. You will work closely with your colleagues; Manager Talent Acquisition Technology (Wouter Koeleman) and Manager Talent Acquisition Young Professionals & Operations (Anne Guit) to build out innovative and efficient processes and align on recruiting best practices. You will partner with our local Recruitment Marketing team to effectively market and promote our talent brand.

We welcome caring colleagues who are passionated about recruitment and have
•    excellent Dutch and English communication skills 

•    Bachelor or Master Degree in relevant field
•    at least 5 years of experience working in the area of (corporate) recruitment
•    Some years of managerial experience in a corporate work environment
•    People Manager with good project management skills
